William J Robertson Nature Preserve

William J. Robertson Nature Preserve, 210 acres, sits on the east side of the city on the property left vacant by PCA in 2006. Purchased through a Clean Ohio grant, it features a handicap accessible kayak launch, a nature center, a pavilion for picnics, boardwalks, etc. The preserve has 7.2 miles of walking and hiking trails as well as opportunities for bird watching.

Central Park is on the Corner of South Third Street and Park Street. Central Park is set on what was originally engineered to be the center of town due to its proximity to the railroad.

This park has a small picnic pavilion, with limited playground equipment for your enjoyment. It is home to the City’s Baseball and Softball fields and during the winter this park is home to the prime sled-riding hill in the City.
Fritz Park is also home to a Frisbee golf course.
