The price of rentals will change. In addition, their will no longer be any complimentary set and take down times.

Prices

• Members:

  • $100 for a three-hour rental

  • $125 for a four-hour rental

• Non-Members:

  • $125 for a three-hour rental

  • $150 for a four-hour rental

Rental of the community room is for the entire length of time and includes set up and tear down. Reservations must be made in person at least three weeks in advance. No phone reservations accepted. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure the rental date.

The remaining portion of the rental rate will be paid upon arrival on the scheduled date. Any damage or losses will be charged to the rental applicant. For scheduling reasons, cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks before the event to have the 50% deposit refunded.

Rentals can only be scheduled during our regular hours of operation.
